Welcome Back to WiFi Wealth Insiders
Hey there, Tom here.
I hope you’re all having a lovely weekend 😊
It’s a long weekend here in North America. For me, it’s also a weekend of attending a wedding, squeezing in the last bit of summer sun, and seeing some friends after being away from this continent for months of traveling.
I just wanted to drop by today with another niche side hustle opportunity…And this one is a fun one 😎
In fact, this particular side hustle can pay $100 to $200+ per hour in some cases.
It’s also incredibly flexible and is something you can do in your spare time. No previous experience required either!
Let’s take a look at this WiFi Wealth opportunity…
Smart starts here.

Say Hello To User Interviews & Paid Market Research Gigs
The side hustle opportunity I’m highlighting today is a company called User Interviews.
User Interviews is a paid market research platform. It connects researchers and brands who want insights and feedback with everyday consumers.
As a participant, you’re generally taking part in 1:1 Zoom calls with researchers or brand managers. Sometimes you’re just sharing your thoughts and answering questions. Other times, you might be asked to test out a website or app that’s in development and to give your feedback.
It is super simple and very low pressure. The pay can also be quite nice.
💵 To date, I’ve earned over $500 by taking part in research studies with User Interviews.
One of these studies even paid me $200 for chatting with a researcher for 45 minutes about how I use AI…Not a bad hourly rate if you ask me! 😎

Here are the studies I’ve completed so far.
User Interviews posts all kinds of studies you can apply for.
Some are quite niche and industry specific…But many are general studies where researchers just want a pool of participants to chat with or to test out an app or website.
Anyways, it’s a very easy side hustle to get up and running. Here’s how the platform works:
You sign up for User Interviews as a participant
Complete your profile by outlining your education, work experience, and skills
Browse available studies and apply for ones you’re a good fit for
If you’re accepted, schedule a time with the researcher to complete the study
Get paid (via gift card selection) once you’re completed the study
NOW 👉The downside of User Interviews and market research gigs in general is that it takes time to get accepted for a study. You need to be the right fit. I typically land a study every 2-3 months when I’m actually applying and checking the open studies.
This is the nature of paid market research gigs.
But if you want a flexible hustle that can potentially earn a couple hundred bucks a year without much effort, I’d give User Interviews a try.
I also wrote a post covering the best paid market research companies if you want additional options. This is also the best way to max-out this opportunity since you’ll just have more available studies to apply for at a given time.

💰 Earn Monthly Dividends From Rental Properties (Without Being A Landlord!)

Want to earn monthly income from cash-flowing rental properties without actually being a landlord?
This is why companies like Arrived were created.
Arrived is another leading real estate crowdfunding company where you can invest in shares of income-generating rental units.
Investors earn monthly dividends from the income these properties produce. And what’s nice is that shares start at only $100, making Arrived far more accessible than actually purchasing rental units yourself.
Plus, Arrived is a passive strategy. It’s team handles everything from finding tenants to managing properties, so you’re not getting that midnight call from a tenant about the fire alarm going off 😅
Personally, I chuck most of my income into ETFs and dividend stocks. But real estate crowdfunding is an alternative asset class I’m now exploring to diversify my income and to hedge a bit.
You can browse open Arrived investments to find income-generating properties to add to your portfolio today.
