I started out on YouTube back in 2020 at Tom Blake Finance.

I had zero filming experience essentially. But after buying a budget camera and USB microphone, I decided to make talking-head videos where I explained how different side hustles worked.

My first videos were honestly terrible 😂 AND I had to learn how to film and edit them from scratch, which took hours every single week…Just to put out a video that flopped and got barely any views.

Despite the slow results, I decided to keep at it for at least a year to see what happened.

Within just a few months of starting out on YouTube, my channel was making $300 to $500 a month and helping to pay my bills.

THIS is the power of algorithm-driven businesses.

You only need one decent hit at bat to establish a new online presence and business.

Seriously.

My YouTube channel has now passed $300,000 in lifetime earnings between advertisement revenue, affiliate revenue, and brand sponsorships. And my main channel still makes money every single day, even from old videos

YouTube also opened so many doors for me. From consulting contracts to landing new affiliate deals, I’m confident in saying that starting a YouTube channel genuinely changed my life.

My money-making YouTube framework is still just as simple…Film talking-head videos, try to be helpful to people, and to stay consistent.

It’s taken years to get here. But again, everything changed with my 7th video getting my channel monetized. It only took one win for the entire project to start making money and to snowball.
