Welcome To WiFi Wealth Insiders
Hey there, Tom here.
Everyone's talking about "making money with AI" these days.
But most of that content is just buzzwords.
Nobody actually shows you real workflows they’re using for their own businesses. OR, they just tell you to ‘sell AI automation’ as a service, as if cold-DMing 50 business owners is all you have to do to start up a new business.
So today I'm pulling back the curtain on exactly how I'm using AI across my businesses right now.
This includes the funnel that's made me $1M+ over the years (now supercharged with AI) and a brand-new site I built almost entirely with AI that's already generating revenue.
PLUS 👉 You can copy some of the workflows, ideas, and tools I’m using for your own business. Again, these are the actual workflows I’m using currently, so no secrets here 😎
Let’s get to it!
The 10 Best AI Stocks to Own in 2026
AI is moving from experiment… to essential.
Every major industry is integrating it.
Every major company is investing in it.
By late 2025, AI was already an $800B market — growing at a pace that could push it well beyond $1 trillion in the years ahead.
Cloud infrastructure is scaling fast.
AI-enabled devices are multiplying.
Automation is becoming standard.
But here’s the real question…
When trillions flow into this transformation — which stocks stand to benefit most?
Our new report reveals 10 AI stocks positioned across the backbone of this shift — from the companies powering the infrastructure… to those embedding intelligence into everyday systems.
If you want exposure to one of the defining growth trends of this decade, start here.
How I ACTUALLY Use AI To Make Money
1. Affiliate Content Creation (Still The Backbone)
I run a network of content sites that are mostly in the personal finance niche.
Content sites and blogging are how I became financially free in my twenties.
💵 You can read my post on making $1M+ dollars with simple offers if you want the full story. But in a nutshell, I create online content, monetize that content, and then drive traffic to those pages with a variety of methods.
Blog posts are still one of my favorite monetization vehicles. Every reader is a shot at an affiliate conversion, an email signup, ad revenue, or a digital product purchase of some kind.
NOW I used to pay a team of freelance writers for this. I was spending thousands of dollars a month on content at one point 😂 Sounds crazy now!
These days, I use i10X, an AI workspace that researches, plans, and writes ready-to-publish content for you.
You just feed it a target keyword, desired length, and a few competitor articles. i10X then does deep research and hands you a publish-ready post that also follows SEO best practices.
Real example: I used it to write this TopSurveys review on TheBudgetDiet.
I tweaked this post with human editing. But the bulk of content was written by i10X to match my unique voice and style.
The post is also making money. It’s monetized with Mediavine display ads, affiliate links, and a link out to my YouTube review. The post also ranks on Google Search and helps cross-promote my YouTube video.
This is just one example within my niche. But you can now pump out quality blog posts for any topic in your own niche. Monetize the content, promote it across social media, and start building out your content flywheel this way.
2. Graphic Design
A year ago AI was really bad at this. Like, unusable bad 😂😂 I remember trying to create thumbnails and featured images posts with ChatGPT back then and getting so frustrated at the slop it was generating.
But…Technology changes, and it changes fast!

The Will Smith eating spaghetti test is my favorite AI benchmark.
Nowadays, I’m using AI to design all of my WordPress featured images, newsletter infographics, Substack images, and even YouTube thumbnails.
In fact, most of my recent YouTube thumbnails are AI-made. I literally feed ChatGPT a photo of myself plus a few thumbnails I like, and it generates something eye-catching.
I used to pay $20–30 per thumbnail. This new AI workflow now saves me a couple thousand dollars a year.
ChatGPT and Claude are both great at basic designs on the free plan. You really don’t have to pay for most graphics anymore.
3. Vibe Coding New Income Streams
This one's my favorite story and example 😎
A few months back I built HustleBuddy, a side hustle directory where people filter by category, skill level, and country.
I built this directory in a weekend of work by vibe-coding with a tool called Lovable.
Guys, I was skeptical at first about this whole vibe-coding train. But since trying to build stuff, I’ve changed my opinion. This stuff is INSANELY fun and cool 😅
With AI tools like Lovable, you don’t need to know to code at all. You can genuinely start creating stuff just with simple prompts.
About 120 prompts later, from a blank page as a total beginner, I had a working, filterable database site. I added affiliate links to the listed side hustles and an email capture form (also via Lovable). Shared it on Reddit and in my Skool community, and it's already generating small referral income.
Not huge money yet, but it's wild that a weekend of prompting turned into a real web asset.
You can do the same thing.
AI now lets you build websites, mobile apps, directories and whatever else you’re dreaming up. It’s fast, it’s exciting, and it’s a fraction of the cost of hiring a development team.
🤖 Want the full story? 👉 Here’s how I vibe-coded a new income stream in 48 hours.
4. Scripting Videos That Rank
Just typing "write me a YouTube script" into Claude gets you something generic that will never retain viewers or rank on YouTube.
But these days, I’m running numerous niche YouTube channels for my own business. I also help several clients run and scale their channels. This means there’s a lot of scripting in my life 😅
This would take my entire week if I was scripting everything manually. So, here's my actual process:
I create rough out the outline and topics myself
I have AI pull URLs from top-ranking videos on the topic
I feed those URLs (or sometimes full transcripts via tactiq.io) into i10X
I have i10X create YouTube scripts in my voice and style that are also easy to scan while recording
The difference here is context.
If you don’t give AI tools data, you’ll get generic responses.
But the moment you feed these tools data and information from ranking content, output quality transforms.
This does take more time than just chatting with AI tools. However, the quality difference is certainly worth it.
5. Competitive & SEO Research On Autopilot
Underrated use case 👉 treating AI like a research analyst.
Before AI, doing competitive research or any kind of SEO research on your online business took a lot of time. You also had to spend money on some pretty expensive tools.
Now, I use i10X or even Claude to conduct this type of research for me.
I gave i10X’s Superagent this prompt about one of my content websites, thebudgetdiet.com:
"Analyze my niche website and give me an SEO content report — content gaps, what competitors are doing better, and areas to improve this quarter."
I went to lunch, answered some emails, and came back to a full SEO and content-gap report. I can then tell its Superagent to draft the blog posts I need to fill my content gap. This whole process runs like clockwork.
Same idea works for YouTube, Substack, or whatever online property you have.
Ask AI to audit your marketing efforts. Or, ask it to scrape the web and find leads for your business. The whole idea is to treat it like an employee and not a glorified Google search.
The Actual Takeaway
Nobody making real money with AI is using some secret prompt. ‘Prompt engineers’ and gurus would have you believe that prompting is the secret sauce, but it really goes deeper than that.
People making money with AI are using it as a lever on business models that already work…affiliate marketing, publishing, YouTube, lead generation. That sort of stuff.
None of this is rocket science. You can use AI to lower costs, increase production, and to ultimately buy-back more of your valuable time.
That’s the secret 😉 And I hope my real-world examples and workflows inspire you to try out some of this for your own business.

💰 Launch Your New Business Idea In A Weekend Of Vibe Coding

I already mentioned how I used Lovable to vibe-code a new website and income stream in a weekend of work.
But I’m highlighting it one more time in today’s newsletter.
I’ve built dozens of websites and online properties over the years. And let me tell you, this process used to take ages or cost a lot to outsource.
Now, you can genuinely build incredible websites, apps, and even SaaS products by using tools like Lovable. It’s insane.
What I love most is that Lovable does a better job at building than I do…I give it general ideas about what I want, and then it produces a polished product that’s often better than what I pictured in my own brain.
You can start playing around with Lovable for free to see how it works and how powerful it is. If you’re building something really simple and don’t want a custom domain, you can also stay on the free plan.
After that, Lovable only costs $25 per month for the base plan…This is less than a couple cups of coffee.
Definitely worth the price if it helps you turn your business idea into reality 😎
“AI is about amplifying human potential, not replacing it.”
I’ve written about making money with AI tools before. But I haven’t shared so many specific examples about how I’m personally using these tools across my own online businesses.
Hopefully, this post provides a behind-the-scenes look at how you can leverage AI tools for your own workflows as well.
I’m not a fan of all the hype out there that tells people they’ll magically make money by typing in a few Claude prompts 😅 But I do think many AI tools and workflows out there are pretty powerful. Again…It’s all about leverage!
Let me know what you think of this post, or which tools and platforms you’re using these days.
And, as always, thank you all for reading and for your support.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend everyone! More content coming very, very soon 😎
